PPG - Patient Participation Group

What is the PPG? The aims of the PPG is to facilitate good relations between the GP practice and patients by working collaboratively and positively with the practice to improve services and facilities for patients. Please note the PPG is NOT a forum for personal or inidividual complaints, these should be directed via the normal surgery complaints channel.

If you are interested in becoming a member of the PPG please register your interest below and you will be contacted and asked to complete a short application form. The group would like to contact patients on occasion by email and/or text so that they can obtain the views of the widest group of patients possible. We would like to obtain your email address and mobile phone number to do this. Please complete the Patient Contact Form to provide your consent for this.

PPG INTEREST - TECHNICAL ERROR 22.09.2021
We have recently experienced technical issues with data submitted on our website, which has unfortunately resulted in us being unable to access patients details who had expressed an interest in joining our PPG group. Can we therefore ask any patients who had completed our online form to express their interest in the PPG, to either complete this again or contact Andrea McGarry at the surgery either by phone or email andrea.mcgarry@nhs.net
